Refund & Returns Policy

✅ 1. Overview & General Eligibility
- Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. This aligns with ecommerce standards across the industry.
- Products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped may be returned regardless of usage under our warranty policy
🔄 2. Returns Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our Customer Support within 30 days of receipt. Provide your order number, part number, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
- Return the product within 14 days of RMA issuance, securely packaged with all original parts, manuals, and labels.
- We inspect the return and confirm whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.
💵 3. Refunds & Exchanges
- Defective or wrong parts: full refund including original shipping, or free replacement, whichever you prefer.
- Unused, unwanted items: refund of item cost only; return shipping is your responsibility unless we made the mistake.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method—or as store credit if you prefer—and typically processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly described.
🏷️ 4. Fees & Restocking
- A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns of non-defective, unopened items. Parts damaged or missing components may be subject to additional deductions.
- If your return falls outside the 30‑day window but is within warranty (e.g. faulty part), store credit may be offered instead of a cash refund, still subject to restocking guidelines
📦 5. Shipping & Costs
- Customers pay return shipping unless we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged. In those cases, we cover the cost.
- Shipping fees for delivery are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
- We recommend using trackable carriers to ensure your return reaches us safely.
📞 6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled before shipment without penalty.
- Cancellations requested after shipment may incur a $20 fee or equivalent restocking fee, unless due to our error
🔧 7. Warranty Returns
- Some parts may carry manufacturer warranties. If an item fails within warranty, you may request a replacement or refund—even after 30 days.
- Warrantied returns must include proof of purchase and may be subject to manufacturer evaluation. We’ll guide you through that process

Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or installed parts.
- Special-order, custom, or personalized products.
- Items missing original packaging or components.
- Consumables or hazardous materials (e.g. fluids) once opened or used.
- Electrical components once installed (unless proven defective)

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank or payment method.
- Then contact your credit card or payment processor.
